Sandalen gård is Randaberg's first fruit farm. The farm has over 5,500 apple trees, as well as some opal plum trees and gooseberry bushes.

Varen Randaberg kulturscene is located right by the famous landmark Varen, a small hill in the centre of Randaberg, hence the name.

Lysefjorden is a spectacular journey through Norwegian nature. Discover Lysefjorden, one of Norway's most impressive fjords, renowned for its dramatic mountain formations like Preikestolen (the Pulpit Rock) and Kjerag.

Art and museums

The Vistnestunet farm is open to groups and school classes. Various activities take place throughout the year, and the surrounding area is ideal for walks.

City sightseeing

Vistehola, also called Svarthola is one of Norway's oldest Stone Age settlements. Here, among other things, one of the best-preserved skeletons from the Stone Age, the so-called Vistegutten, was found.

Architecture and heritage

Tungenes lighthouse today functions as a museum and a cultural venue with exhibits, a gallery and a cafe.

On your own

The boulder mound at Børaunen is considered one of the largest of its kind in northern Europe. The area is unique and it is an important preservation area for geology, birdlife, flora and cultural history.
