Villages and places

Jostedal

Jostedal is a tiny village by the Jostedalsbreen Glacier, with a hotel, a campsite and with a large menu of activities.

Driving up through the Jostedalen valley, it can sometimes feel like you are on the way to nowhere, but just as you prepare to turn around you see it. Every season in Jostedalen has its charm. During summer, go for a walk on the Nigardsbreen glacier with the whole family and a guide, hike in the mountains or go river rafting.
